Our company took part in total package project of modern tramcar T1 and T2 example line which is a very important public transportation tool . It was built from December 28th 2014, will be finished and running in 2017 , this means Wuhanoptics valley will enter tramcar’s age.
Modern tramcar T1 and T2 example line is total 34.7 kilometers and total investment 6.8 billion yuan .Example line adopt “BT+PPP” innovative investment and financing construction mode , this mode will cut down construction time and when running , it will relieve the government investment pressure . T1 and T2 line will pass by valley walking street , guanshan road , third circle line ,WTA international tennis center , valley central city , biolake , future science and technology city will also cover valley development core zone , southward along university road will reach to Tangxun lake station , along valley first road will reach to Fozuling liufang district .
T1 line has 23 stations T2 line has 24 stations , all adopt the power supply mode of contact network and super-capacitor , this mode can ensure continuous power supply during vehicle running and will not happen off-running and traffic jam because of the interruption of power supply . Modern tramcar is a new green public transport mode , it make up the defect of railway transport can’t cover and normal bus low volume in function ; from image speaking , modern tramcar is advanced low carbon and environmental protection , this fully show the feature of public transportation city .
T2 line has a parking place and covers 80000 square meters , it locate in Dayang village jiufeng xiang , northwest corner of jiufeng first road and valley eighth road crossing . It will undertake daily maintenance repair . T2 line share vehicle base which locate in valley first road and high-tech sixth road with T1 line , this vehicle base will undertake T2 line’s lifting jack maintenance and repair function .
