Driver controller test bench
1. The Use
It is suitable for the test after the maintenance of the subway vehicle driver controller. It can test the logic of the cam switch action of the controller during the operation of the main handle. It can automatically record the logic of the action, the state of the switch, the voltage and current of the input and output, etc. And contact state and contact resistance test and insulation resistance test, automatically generate reports and display visually on the computer display (detected output voltage is expressed in the form of linear graph), can be compared with standard data, showing analysis results , can perform multiple consecutive tests and compare and analyze the results.
2. Main Characteristics
1) All reports are in standard Excel format in Windows 7 under Windows 7; capable of printing (with printer).
2) The equipment has a safe and good protection function, which can safely and effectively protect various faults such as short circuit, open circuit, over voltage and over current during operation, and can automatically recover after the fault disappears;
3) All input and output interface lines of the equipment must comply with national standards (including color, materials, processes, etc.), and when connected to the equipment under test, use safe and reliable, easy to use aviation plug connection method (using international standards or national standards).
